Comfortable Shoes for Problem Feet with Custom Insoles

The custom fabrication process involves four key stages:

  • Biomechanical Assessment: Measuring the specific foot angles needed to balance and spread your weight evenly.

  • Foot Impressions: Taking precise physical captures of your feet to create the molds used for building the insoles. 

  • Layered Construction: Utilizing multiple specialized foam layers, each chosen for different properties tailored to your specific comfort needs. 

  • Precision Machining: Building the insole to twice its required size, then carefully machining it down to the exact contours and angles needed to keep your feet stable. The final result is a lightweight, contoured insole designed to provide maximum comfort and structural alignment.
