First we establish all the different angles needed to get your weight spread evenly across your feet.

Then we take impressions of your feet that will be used to produce molds for building your insoles on.

We use multiple layers of foams with different properties to suit your needs.

The insole is built up to twice the size you need and then machined away to give all the angles and measurements to keep your feet firm on the ground.
